任务描述

git clone 无法clone仓库（发现无法push/pull，所以想重新clone下来），同时其他仓库使用无问题。
出现如下信息

kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer
Connection reset by 212.64.62.183 port 22
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
