1. The recommend speed is a bit slow after clicking "recommend" button. Acceleration is expected.

2. The first letter of the recommended tag should be
capitalized(home/recommend.py).

3. The "Finalize" button on the right bottom is missing, while it existed in the previous version.

4. The results saved in the CSV/XML files should be sorted by 'imageFileName'
rather than "imageTags"(home/annotate.py).

5. The "keywords" label  is covered, please adjust the layout.
